My new favorite green garden pasta lunch in a coconut bowl! @coconutbowls
Make some gluten-free fusilli pasta based on package instructions (this is fresh fusilli from @gardenofesther). Cook a grass-fed steak in a pan on medium with some butter or ghee plus pink salt (5-minutes on each side). Warm some fresh peas or organic frozen peas in a pan with a tablespoon of water. Add everything to a bowl.
Then I added butter lettuce from my garden and topped it off with Kite Hill cream cheese, parsley, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Delish!
